How can I track my order?

When you place an order from rvecofriendly.com you will receive several email confirmations.

The first email you will receive is your Order Confirmation (your receipt).

As soon as your package is boxed-up and a shipping label has been generated, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number. You can click on this tracking number to see where your package is currently located.

If you never received an Order Confirmation email, check your spam or junk boxes, the email is likely there. Gmail users may need to check their Promotions tab. It is VERY rare that an Order Confirmation doesn’t get sent - so it is almost certainly in your inbox somewhere.

My order arrived damaged / missing something, what do I do?

We’re really sorry that your package arrived damaged or missing something!

Damaged Packages: Rest assured, we send out a lot of packages every week and on occasion the delivery driver will get a little rough.

Missing Items: On occasion trouble will happen with shipments.

As frustrating as this can be, don’t worry! We’ve got you covered!

I need to change / update / cancel my order

Our customer support team can help you! send us an email at support@rvecofriendly.com with your name and order number and we’ll be happy to help you!

Please note, our customer support team is active Monday - Friday (9am to 5pm). If your request comes in outside of business hours, we’ll be sure to address them first thing when we’re back in the office. Rest assured that shipments do not go out on weekends, or after hours, so we will be able to adjust your shipment if you email us outside of business hours.

 

How do I use your products?

To keep holding tanks and septic systems working properly and to restore the natural bacterial populations needed by the holding tank, add one capful each time you dump your RV tank. Ideally every 3-5 days. Three ounces treats 40-100 gallon tanks. The cap contains measurement lines for one, two and three ounces.

 

What is the shelf life of RVecofriendly product?

Our product have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacturing. If your product is older than 2 years, don’t assume it’s a lost cause. It’s highly likely that still work even if it is older than 2 years.

 

Is the product safe and eco-friendly?

 RVecofriendly is 100% safe for human, pets and the environment. In fact, it is EPA/Safer Choice certified.

The EPA’s Safer Choice “helps consumers, businesses, and purchasers find products that perform and contain ingredients that are safer for human health and the environment.”

EPA/Safer Choice label signifies that the formula for this product contains ingredients with more positive health and environmental characteristics than conventional products of the same type.

 

Does my order qualify for free shipping?

Orders that exceed $60 qualify for free standard shipping. Keep in mind that coupon codes and discounts that lower the price below $60 will disqualify your order for free shipping.
